The Rack 11-29-12

On this week’s edition of The Rack, host Lindsey Ward, her producer Sir Rockin and Mase, in his final show on the network, gave their opinions on all the big stories of the week in Pro Wrestling, including Jim Cornette being going on permanent sabbatical after a blow-up backstage at ROH, WWE facing the wrath of Noah and trying to save themselves from flooding at their recent TV Taping (or insert Titanic reference here), Turning Point’s PPV buy rates coming in higher than average, TNA Wrestling doing a lottery for a chance to win prizes and stars, WWE rigging the RAW Active poll from last week involving Kane/Daniel Bryan and a hope for couples counseling, and WWE planning their latest edition of Tribute to the Troops in Norfolk, VA with Kid Rock and the Muppets!

As with every week, The Rack is your weekly home for immediate Impact Wrestling recaps and commentary. We discussed the latest in the love rectangle involving Aries, the Hogans (Brooke and Hulk) and Bully Ray, an actual women’s match involving Mickie James and Gail Kim, Bobby Roode fighting recent Gut-Checker Christian York with a run-in by Jeff Hardy, Devon demanding a match to get his TV Title back from Samoa Joe, Storm and AJ facing against “Bad Influences” (still the WTTCOTW to us), TNA announcing Lockdown 2013 going to the Alamo Dome in San Antonio (and the questioning of the move by the hosts), Matt Morgan returning to the ring, Wes Brisco getting his Gut Check (and succeeding), the main event of Aries and RVD facing off for the X-Division Title and so much more!

We also had Lindsey’s football updates and elation at the Atlanta and Louisville wins, discussing if fan negativity in the wrestling world is contagious, plus Rack Staples: Tweet of the Week, Weekly Vent, special appearances by Spug and Omega, the question of the night: “Which three wrestlers, any three wrestlers, would you take with you in the Zombie Apocalypse?” and Mase’s parting shots. Check it all out on this week’s edition of The Rack, brought to you partially by PWMania.com and TweakedAudio.com!
